By using BuildWithRiz ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

BuildWithRiz provides free generators for invoices, receipts, estimates, pro-forma invoices and purchase orders, plus industry invoice templates and articles about invoicing. Documents are assembled and turned into PDFs in your browser. There are no accounts and no paid tier. The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.

User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter
• You must comply with all applicable laws regarding invoicing and taxation
• Generated invoices are for informational purposes — consult a professional for legal compliance
• Tax rates, invoice numbering and the details a valid invoice must show (for example a VAT or GST number) differ by country; the tools apply whatever you enter and do not check it against local rules
• You must not use the Service to create false, misleading or fraudulent documents, or documents that impersonate another business

Limitation of Liability

BuildWithRiz is not liable for any damages arising from the use of this service, including but not limited to errors in calculations, formatting issues, or data loss. Since all processing is client-side, we have no control over or access to the data you enter.

Your Data and Saved Drafts

Drafts, templates and address-book entries you save are kept in your own browser's local storage, not on our servers. They can be lost if you clear your browser data, use a private window or switch devices, and we cannot recover them. Keep your own copy of any invoice you send — download the PDF. How the website handles analytics and advertising data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

The invoices you generate are yours. We claim no ownership over the content you create. The BuildWithRiz brand, design, and code are owned by BuildWithRiz.

Advertising and Third-Party Links

The Service is funded by advertising served by Google AdSense. Ads and links to third-party websites (for example tax authorities or payment providers mentioned in our articles) are provided for convenience; we do not control and are not responsible for those sites or their offers.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time and will change the date at the top of this page when we do. We may also change, add or remove features of the Service. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
